You need to schedule Live Interviews based on the convenience of the candidate and the panel. You can choose the panel while you are scheduling the interview. Once scheduled, the panel is automatically assigned to the Live Interview.

Here is how you can assign a panel for a Live Interview.


  1. Go to the 'Invites' tab
  2. Select the candidate whose Live Interview you want to schedule
  3. Click on the ‘Schedule Live Session' button in the action strip on the right to schedule a Live Interview
  4. Choose the section - whether it is a Technical interview or an HR fitment round
  5. Choose the panel members
  6. Schedule the interview by setting the date and time based on the availability of the panel and candidate
  7. Once you 'Save', email notifications will be sent to the panel and the candidate inviting them to the Live Interview
