1. Check if the camera is connected properly to your computer if you are using external camera Close all programs that may be using your camera including Skype, instant messengers (Gtalk, Yahoo, facebook, Messenger or Windows Live Messenger), browsers 


2. Please make sure your Internet is not blocked by a restrictive firewall. This could happen if you are trying to answer the Interview within a Corporate Network/LAN , Using your office laptop and using your School/College network. This problem may persist and we recommend you try a different internet connection / access.
