Follow the below steps to trigger a reminder email for a specific candidate.

  • Search for the candidate with the email ID under the 'Candidates' tab.
  • Select the candidate and the required assessment.
  • Select the option 'Send Candidate Reminder' from the action strip on the right end.

  • Modify the date and time if required and click 'Save'.

You can also go to the 'Assessments' tab and do the same:

  • Click on the assessment tab and select the required assessment.
  • Select the required candidate or set of candidates by the checkbox on the left side of the page.

  • Click on the 'Actions' tab on the top right corner and select the option 'Remind Candidate'.

  • Change the assessment end date if required and click 'Save'.
