How can we assign another panel for pending evaluations
1. Select the candidate by selecting on the checkbox and click on the 'Add Panel to Candidate' option on the right end of the page to assign a candidate to another panel.
2. Now select the session to which the panel has to be assigned. Also, the panel to be assigned should be selected and click 'Assign'
