An 'Assessment' of the Talview platform is a process workflow that covers all the tests & interviews with respect to a given job position.


An Assessment consists of pre-defined 'Sections' - which are single tests or interviews required for evaluating a candidate for the position. 


These sections may be  Proctored 'Multiple Choice Questions'  test, Proctored Code Test or Essay Test, Asynchronous Interview or a Live Interview.


An Assessment may be loosely considered as a Job Requisition. 




The above diagram shows an 'Assessment' for the position of 'Sr. Associate - Projects'. This Assessment consists of five 'Sections':


1. MCQ (Multiple Choice Questions) Test

2. Code Test

3. Automated (or Asynchronous) Interview

4. Live Interview (2 sections)
