1. Go to the 'Invites' tab
2. Select the candidate you want to assign the Evaluator to
3. From the action strip on the right, click on the 'Assign Panel to Candidate' button
4. Select 'Asynchronous Interview' from the Sections Drop Down Box
5. Select the panel members you want to assign for the interview
6. Set the 'Evaluation End Date & Time' and click on the ‘Assign’ button
7. Select the 'Notify Panel via Email' checkbox if you wish to send an email to the panel. Please note that an email will be sent by default
8. You will receive a confirmation message at the bottom right of the screen once a panel has been assigned to a candidate
