LIVE PROCTORING - CANDIDATE

Candidate workflow:

  • Once the candidate has been selected for the assessment, an invitation email will be sent to the selected candidate which contains the instructions to be followed and the link and code to access the assessment.

  • Candidates are expected to log in to the platform at least 20 mins ( could change based on specific exam body/company request) prior to the start time of the test. And accept T&C and privacy policies.

  • By clicking on the link and typing in the verification code, the candidate will be taken to the instructions page, and then he/she can proceed to the hardware check(Camera and microphone check)

  • After successfully completing the hardware checks, the candidate will be taken to the pre-checks/verification page where they have to click the picture of the ID card and do a 360-degree environment check.

  • Once after the pre-checks, the candidate will have to wait for the approval for the same by the proctor. Only after the approval from the proctor, the candidate will be taken ahead with the assessment.

  • If the candidate’s pre-checks are not satisfactory, the proctor will reject the same with the note of what went wrong with the pre-check and which factors has to be improvised.

  • The proctor will be expecting the candidate to update a satisfactory ID card photo and environment check if rejected the same on the first instance with a note. If the same issue repeats even after multiple attempts, the proctor has the authority to terminate the candidate’s session.

  • Once the pre-checks are successfully completed and approved by the proctor, candidates will be taken to the pre-exam instructions page and wait for the test to start to be activated. This will be activated at the exact time the test is assigned to start.

  • Once the assessment has been started, the candidates will have to stick to the instructions provided. Also, any deviation in the same or malpractice attempt will be flagged and leads to the disqualification of the assessment.
