Solution

Visit your device's application store (Google Play Store for Android or App Store for iOS). Search for the Talview mobile app. Download and install the app on your mobile device.


  • Logging in to the Talview Mobile App

  1. Open the Talview app on your mobile device.

  2. Enter your unique verification code in the corresponding field.

  3. Carefully input the required information, ensuring correct capitalization and any special characters. Alternatively, you can scan the QR code provided in the email.

  4. The app requires access to test your hardware. Please grant all the 'permission requests' that appear on your screen.
