  1. Make sure you’re using the correct login details from your invitation email. 

  2. Check your internet connection is stable. 

  3. Use a supported browser: Chrome, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge. 

  4. Make sure your device meets the system requirements listed in the invitation or the below KB article: Pre-Requisites for Online Assessment : Support Center
