CDF 1
When a Candidate is tagged to the screening section the CDF-1 link will get triggered to the candidate's registered email address as shown below.
Once the candidate opens the CDF-1 link, candidates will have to click and upload a live photo and sign the declaration. All the basic details (Candidate ID, FirstName, MiddleName, LastName, Email, Mob No.) will get prepopulated in CDF-1 same as the details are updated in CHire.
The CDF-1 Form link Will be active for 10 days by default from the date of the invite.
CDF 2
When a candidate is shortlisted for the Technical interview or Invited for the HR interview, the CDF-2 link will get triggered to the candidate's registered email address.
Once the CDF-2 form is submitted, the details will get saved on Talview and will get locked for 90 days. If the candidate is invited for the HR round for a different RR, the invitation email will be triggered but the CDF-2 link will not be triggered in the invitation something like the below.
