    5. Browser Check: Ensure Google Chrome or Firefox is updated. 

  2. Camera Positioning 

    1. Position the Camera: Make sure the camera shows your face, profile, and screen clearly. 

    2. Use Landscape Mode: Hold the phone sideways for a wider view. 

    3. Lighting: Ensure there is enough light so the camera can see you clearly. 

    4. Turn Off Auto-Lock: Prevent your phone from locking during the exam. 

  3. During the Exam 

    1. Don’t Touch the Camera: Keep the camera steady and avoid moving or blocking it during the exam. 

    2. Keep the Camera Running: Ensure the camera stays on without interruptions. 

  4. If the Connection Is Lost 

    1. Notification: You will be notified on your primary device if the connection is lost. 

    2. Reconnect: Simply rescan the QR code with your phone to restore the connection. 

    3. Continue the Exam: Once reconnected, continue your exam as usual.
