Uploading your ID card for verification might be tricky sometimes due to face or ID detection problems. Following these steps will help you upload your ID without any issues. 

Potential Reasons for the Issue 

1. Webcam Not Working: Your webcam might not be functioning properly, causing detection issues. 

2. Background Apps: Apps like Skype or Zoom using the camera may interfere. 

3. Poor Lighting: Insufficient lighting can make it hard for the system to detect your face or ID. 

4. Incorrect ID Position: Holding the ID at the wrong angle or distance can cause issues. 

Step-by-Step Troubleshooting Guide 

1. Check Your Webcam 
   Test your webcam by opening a video app (like Skype or Zoom). If it's not working, fix it or use another camera. 

2. Close Background Apps 
   Close any apps that use your camera (like Skype or Zoom) to avoid interference with the detection process. 

3. Improve Lighting 
   Make sure the room is well-lit with even lighting. Avoid standing in front of windows or lights that cause shadows or bright spots. 

4. Adjust Your ID Position 
   Hold your ID steady in front of the camera. Adjust the angle until it fits properly within the detection frame. 

5. Try Another Webcam or ID 
   If your webcam or ID isn't detected, try another camera or a different ID to see if that works better.
