If the assessment link in your invitation email is nonfunctional, you can follow these steps to resolve the issue:
Check the link expiration: Some assessment links have a limited time before they expire. Verify if the link has passed its validity.
Accessing the 'Attend' link: Ensure that the link is correctly entered if you copied it into your browser. Even a small mistake could cause the link not to work.
Access the invitation email and right-click the Attend link
Select "Copy Hyperlink" from the menu
Open a new tab in Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge
Paste the hyperlink into the address bar and press enter to access the link
Utilize the same verification code when the login page appears again.
Try a different browser: Sometimes, links may not work in one browser but may function due to browserlevel restrictions. Try opening the link in one of the supported browsers. Please refer to your invitation email to see which browsers are supported.
Disable browser extensions: Certain extensions (like ad blockers or privacy tools) can interfere with links. Temporarily disable them and try the link again.
Clear your cache and cookies: A corrupted cache or cookies can sometimes prevent links from working properly. Clearing them might fix the issue.
Use incognito mode: Opening the link in an incognito/private window will bypass some browser settings and cookies that could interfere (ctrl+shift+N).
Check security settings: If you're using a company-provided work laptop, please check both the firewall settings and your email provider, as they may block certain links for security reasons. Make sure the link hasn’t been flagged as suspicious or blocked.
