1. Initial Delay: The 'Finish' button is intentionally inactive for the first five minutes to prevent premature submissions. 

2. Inactive Assessment Tab: Ensure that the assessment page is open in the active tab. If the page is opened in another tab, the button may not activate. 

3. Navigation Issues: If you have navigated to a previous page, refreshing the page is required to reactivate the button. 

1. Wait for Five Minutes 
   The 'Finish' button will automatically activate after waiting for five minutes from the time you begin the assessment. Please refrain from interacting with the assessment during this time. 

2. Ensure All Options Are Visible 

         Note: If you cannot see the 'Finish' button or other options: 

1. Click the green gear icon located at the top right of the page. 

2. This will display the available options, including the 'Finish' button. It will appear five minutes after closing the assessment tab. 

3. Refresh the Page After Using 'Go Back' 
   Note: If you previously clicked the 'Go Back' button, refresh the page by pressing Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + R (Mac). 

1. After refreshing, wait for five minutes before checking for the 'Finish' button to become active. 

2. Once the button is active, click it to submit your assessment. 

1. Avoid Browser Navigation: Do not use the browser's back or forward buttons during the assessment. This can affect the functionality of the 'Finish' button. 

2. Stay on the Assessment Page: Avoid navigating away from the assessment page while waiting for the 'Finish' button to become active.
