1. Why do I need to capture a photo?
    This step is added for candidate authentication during the live interview, allowing the interviewer to   match the photograph uploaded on the CDF-1 form with the individual joining the interview.

  2. Why do I need to upload a scanned photo?
    A scanned photo with a resolution of 600 DPI is required for documentation on the recruitment end.

  3. How Do I Complete the Photo Capture Process?

    • Click on “Recapture photo” to capture your live photo.

    • Click on “upload photo” to upload your recent passport photograph (Resolution of 600 DPI) 

  4. If you are experiencing issues, it may be due to face detection problems or camera permissions not being enabled.

  5. Tips for a Smooth Photo Upload:

    • Ensure good lighting and avoid shadows.

    • Make sure your face is clearly visible and centered in the photo.

    • Upload the photo in the correct format and resolution as required by the form.
