Click on “Recapture photo” to capture your live photo.
Click on “upload photo” to upload your recent passport photograph (Resolution of 600 DPI)
If you are experiencing issues, it may be due to face detection problems or camera permissions not being enabled.

For Live Photo Capture:
Ensure your camera is working and camera permissions are enabled for your browser or system.
Close any other applications using the camera.
Make sure your face is clearly visible, well-lit, and centered in the frame.
Use a neutral background without strong shadows.
Prefer using your device’s built-in camera if available.
For Uploading a Scanned Photo:
Ensure the photo meets the required resolution (e.g., 600 DPI) and .jpg, .jpeg, .png format.
Crop the image to focus on your face, avoiding unnecessary background.
Check that the file size is in MB.
Upload a clear, well-lit, centered image.
Additional Tips:
Restart your device and browser before trying again.
Clear browser cache and cookies.
If possible, try using another device for capturing or uploading the photo.
